Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp butter


Instructions

 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.

  2. Add corn and broth, simmer 15 min.

  3. Blend until smooth, stir in cream, and season with salt & pepper.
