4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.

Add corn and broth, simmer 15 min.

Blend until smooth, stir in cream, and season with salt & pepper.
