Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 2 bell peppers, diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook beef, onion, peppers, and garlic until beef is browned.

  3. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and rice.

  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella.

  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
