1 lb ground beef

2 cups cooked rice

2 bell peppers, diced

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, cook beef, onion, peppers, and garlic until beef is browned.

Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and rice.

Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella.

Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
