2 lbs ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, and seasoning.

Flatten mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper.

Spread with marinara and mozzarella. Roll up carefully into a loaf.

Place in baking dish, top with Parmesan and extra marinara.

Bake 55–60 minutes until cooked through.
