1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

1–2 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar together.
3️⃣ Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well.
4️⃣ Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
5️⃣ Fold in diced strawberries gently.
6️⃣ Pour batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
7️⃣ Cool completely. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make glaze. Drizzle on top before cutting.
