1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic. Shape into small meatballs. Bake 18–20 minutes.

In skillet, heat sesame oil, add soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry. Stir until thickened.

Steam or sauté broccoli until tender.

Toss meatballs and broccoli in sauce. Serve over rice.
