1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

8 oz rice noodles (or spaghetti)

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

Green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Toss beef with cornstarch. Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef until browned.

Add garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Cook 2–3 minutes until sticky.

Stir in noodles and toss to coat. Garnish with green onions.
