Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 8 oz rice noodles (or spaghetti)

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Green onions, sliced (optional)


Instructions

 

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

  2. Toss beef with cornstarch. Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef until browned.

  3. Add garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Cook 2–3 minutes until sticky.

  4. Stir in noodles and toss to coat. Garnish with green onions.
