1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced

1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices, cook until browned, then remove.

In the same skillet, add remaining oil, shrimp, garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink and veggies are tender.

Return steak to skillet, pour in soy sauce, and stir well.

Add cornstarch mixture if you like a thicker sauce. Cook for another minute, then serve.
