Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, and garlic powder.

  3. Slice pockets in each chicken breast and fill with spinach mixture.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
