Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells: A Comforting Italian Classic

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix ricotta, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and seasoning.

  3. Stuff shells with filling and place in a greased baking dish.

  4. Pour marinara over shells, top with remaining mozzarella.

  5. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more until bubbly.
