Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup grated zucchini

For topping:

  • 1 tbsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

  • Mix flour, baking soda, powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  • In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and zucchini.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, pour into pan.

 

  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake 50–55 minutes.
