1 lb fish fillets (salmon or cod)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

In a bowl, toss seafood with olive oil and seasonings.

Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side, fish 4–5 minutes per side.

Serve hot with lemon wedges.
