1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

2 cups water or beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain fat.
2️⃣ Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water or broth, and uncooked macaroni.
3️⃣ Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered about 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
4️⃣ Stir in cheese, season to taste, and serve warm.
