1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

12 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced

2 cups cooked rice

1 bell pepper, diced

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sausage until browned.

Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sauté until soft.

Stir in shrimp and cook until pink.

Add rice, paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.
