1 lb chicken sausage, sliced

4 cups shredded cabbage

1 carrot, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet, add sausage and cook until browned.

Add garlic, cabbage, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until tender.

Pour in soy sauce, stir well, and cook for another minute. Serve warm.
