1 cup milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup flour

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Heat non-stick skillet, lightly grease with butter.

Pour thin layer of batter, cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

Fill with cream cheese, whipped cream, or Nutella.
