Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Heat non-stick skillet, lightly grease with butter.

  3. Pour thin layer of batter, cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

  4. Fill with cream cheese, whipped cream, or Nutella.
