  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  3. Add pumpkin, oil, and eggs; stir until combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into pan.

  5. Bake 55–60 minutes until done.
