2 cups all-purpose flour

1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir in pineapple.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until just blended.

Pour batter into pan and bake 50–55 minutes until golden.
