Ingredients
-
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
-
1/4 cup olive oil
-
3 tablespoons soy sauce
-
2 tablespoons lemon juice
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh if you have it)
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
-
Place salmon fillets in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure each piece is coated well.
-
Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
-
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
-
Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
-
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
-
Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
