1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cups beef broth

8 oz pasta (any short shape)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
2️⃣ Add broth and pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 12–15 minutes until pasta is cooked.
3️⃣ Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and sour cream until creamy and combined. Season to taste.
