1 lb ground beef

4 medium potatoes, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet, cook potatoes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.

In same skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.

Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stir potatoes back in, sprinkle with cheese, and cover until melted.

Serve hot straight from the pan.
