  • 3 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

 

  1. Puree mangoes in a blender until smooth.

  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

  4. Add mango puree and fold until combined.

  5. Pour into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
