3 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Puree mangoes in a blender until smooth.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

Add mango puree and fold until combined.

Pour into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
