Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • Zest of 1 lemon


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a muffin tin with liners.

  2. Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into liners.

  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, lemon juice, and zest.

  4. Pour over crusts and bake 18–20 minutes. Cool before serving.
