1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.

Add green beans and garlic to the skillet, stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return chicken to skillet, pour in soy sauce, and cook for another minute, tossing to coat.
