Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.

  3. Add green beans and garlic to the skillet, stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

  4. Return chicken to skillet, pour in soy sauce, and cook for another minute, tossing to coat.
