1 lb cheese tortellini

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions.

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Stir in cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Simmer until slightly thickened.

Toss tortellini in sauce and serve warm.
