2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced

8 oz pasta (like fettuccine)

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes.
3️⃣ Add broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan to the skillet. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
4️⃣ Add pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and serve warm.
