1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.

Stir in garlic and lemon juice, cook another 1–2 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
