4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or halibut)

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place fish fillets on a baking sheet.

Brush with butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
