Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or halibut)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet.

  3. Brush with butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
