2 lbs beef chuck roast

1 packet Italian dressing seasoning

1 cup beef broth

4 hoagie rolls
-
4 slices provolone cheese
-
Optional: pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
1️⃣ Place beef, Italian seasoning, and broth in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4–5 hours.
2️⃣ Shred beef with two forks and mix with juices.
3️⃣ Pile beef onto hoagie rolls, top with provolone and optional peppers.
4️⃣ Place under broiler for 1–2 minutes to melt cheese if desired.
