4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 fresh peaches, sliced

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper.

Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

Add peaches and drizzle with honey. Cook for 2–3 minutes more, until peaches are soft.

Sprinkle with thyme if desired and serve.
