  • 4 cups fresh huckleberries

  • 4 cups sugar

  • 1 box (1.75 oz) powdered pectin

  • 3/4 cup water


Instructions

  • Mash huckleberries in a bowl.

  • In a saucepan, bring water and pectin to a boil for 1 minute.

  • Stir pectin into berries, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.

  • Pour into clean containers, leaving space at top.

 

  • Let set at room temp for 24 hours, then freeze or refrigerate.
