4 cups fresh huckleberries

4 cups sugar

1 box (1.75 oz) powdered pectin

3/4 cup water
Instructions

Mash huckleberries in a bowl.

In a saucepan, bring water and pectin to a boil for 1 minute.

Stir pectin into berries, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Pour into clean containers, leaving space at top.

Let set at room temp for 24 hours, then freeze or refrigerate.
