2 cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Instructions

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey.

Stir in chocolate chips if using.

Press mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut into bars and store in fridge.
