  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)


Instructions

 

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.

  4. Press mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  5. Cut into bars and store in fridge.
