  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

  • 2 1/2 cups beef broth

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  2. Stir in uncooked macaroni, broth, milk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered for about 12–15 minutes until pasta is cooked.

  4. Stir in shredded cheese and let it melt completely. Serve warm.
