1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup plain yogurt

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp curry powder

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in chicken, paprika, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.

Add tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in yogurt and cream, cook another 5 minutes until creamy.

Serve hot over rice or with naan.
