  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  2. Stir in chicken, paprika, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.

  3. Add tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

  4. Stir in yogurt and cream, cook another 5 minutes until creamy.

  5. Serve hot over rice or with naan.
