1 lb ground beef

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1/2 onion, chopped

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.

Layer beef, potatoes, and onion in a 9×13 dish.

Spread cream of mushroom soup over top, cover with foil, and bake 45 min.

Remove foil, sprinkle cheese, and bake 10 more min until bubbly.
