Hobo Casserole with Ground Beef & Potatoes: A Hearty, Comforting Classic

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.

  3. Layer beef, potatoes, and onion in a 9×13 dish.

  4. Spread cream of mushroom soup over top, cover with foil, and bake 45 min.

  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese, and bake 10 more min until bubbly.
