Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 pineapple rings

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • 4 burger buns

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Shape beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Grill patties 5 minutes per side until cooked through.

  3. During last minute, top each with cheese to melt.

  4. Grill pineapple rings for 2 minutes per side.

  5. Assemble burgers with patty, pineapple, and BBQ sauce on buns.
