1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 cups beef broth

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons flour

2 cups egg noodles

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, cook ground beef & onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
4️⃣ Add beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until thickened.
5️⃣ Turn off heat, stir in sour cream, and season with salt & pepper.
6️⃣ Toss with noodles and serve warm.
