1 lb ground turkey

2 medium zucchinis, diced

1/2 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

Stir in zucchini, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.
