4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 avocado, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

4 slices mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Grill chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

Top each chicken breast with mozzarella, avocado, and tomato. Close the lid for 1–2 minutes to melt cheese slightly.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving if desired.
