Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup orzo pasta

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Shape into meatballs and bake 18–20 minutes.

Cook orzo, then toss with lemon juice, olive oil, and feta.

Serve meatballs over lemon orzo.
