1 cup orzo pasta

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 cups chicken broth

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic 1–2 minutes.

Add orzo, toast lightly.

Pour in chicken broth, simmer until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender.

Stir in parmesan, season, and serve.
