Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic 1–2 minutes.

  2. Add orzo, toast lightly.

  3. Pour in chicken broth, simmer until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender.

  4. Stir in parmesan, season, and serve.
