2 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast

3/4 cup warm water

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions

In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes.

Stir in flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead dough until smooth.

Cover and let rise 1 hour.

Spread dough into a greased baking pan. Press with fingertips to make dimples.

Sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
