  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

 

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead dough until smooth.

  3. Cover and let rise 1 hour.

  4. Spread dough into a greased baking pan. Press with fingertips to make dimples.

  5. Sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

  6. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
