Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes: A Flavor-Packed One-Pan Wonder

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Place chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet.

  • Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss to coat evenly.

 

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
