4 chicken thighs

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Toss to coat evenly.

Bake for 40–45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
