1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips

2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken until browned.

Add garlic and vegetables, stir fry 5–7 minutes.
