1 1/2 lbs steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

1 cup broccoli florets

1/4 cup melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.

Toss potatoes with half of the garlic butter, season, and bake 20 minutes.

Add steak and broccoli, toss with remaining garlic butter.

Bake 10–12 minutes until steak is done and veggies are tender.
