1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

4 tbsp butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Boil potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until just tender, drain.

Heat 2 tbsp butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet.

Add remaining butter, garlic, and potatoes to the skillet. Cook until potatoes are golden.

Return beef to skillet, toss everything together, and sprinkle with parsley.
