Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium yellow squash, sliced

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Oil for frying

Herb Dip:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp lemon juice


Instructions

 

  1. Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

  2. Coat squash slices in flour mixture.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet and fry squash until golden.

  4. For dip, mix sour cream, parsley, and lemon juice.
