2 medium yellow squash, sliced

1 cup flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Oil for frying
Herb Dip:

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions

Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Coat squash slices in flour mixture.

Heat oil in a skillet and fry squash until golden.

For dip, mix sour cream, parsley, and lemon juice.
