Instructions

Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add milk and egg, stir until combined, then fold in peaches.

Drop spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
