20 jumbo pasta shells

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 egg

2 cups marinara sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.
2️⃣ Boil shells until just tender. Drain and cool.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Stuff each shell with cheese mixture.
5️⃣ Spread 1 cup marinara in a baking dish, place stuffed shells on top, and cover with remaining sauce.
6️⃣ Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
