1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (optional)

1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix ground beef with salt & pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.
4️⃣ Place cheese on top during the last minute to melt.
5️⃣ Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
