1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup flour

1 egg, beaten

8 small tortillas

2 cups shredded cabbage

2 tbsp mayo + 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Dredge fish in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs. Bake on a sheet for 15–18 min.

Mix cabbage with mayo and lime juice for slaw.

Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, and extra lime wedges.
