Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 8 small tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 2 tbsp mayo + 1 tbsp lime juice


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Dredge fish in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs. Bake on a sheet for 15–18 min.

  3. Mix cabbage with mayo and lime juice for slaw.

  4. Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, and extra lime wedges.
